Junior Architect

We are hiring on behalf of our respective client. The Junior Architect will support the architectural design, planning, drawing, documentation, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The position will work closely with senior architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are developed in accordance with approved designs, applicable codes, quality standards, and project requirement.

• Assist in the preparation of concept designs, architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings for real estate projects. • Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software. • Develop working drawings, construction details, and presentation drawings under the guidance of senior architects. • Assist in preparing 3D models, renderings, layouts, and design presentations. • Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP drawings. • Support the preparation of BOQ, material specifications, schedules, and design documentation. • Review architectural drawings and ensure consistency with approved design concepts and project requirements. • Conduct site visits to monitor architectural works and identify deviations from approved drawings. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project/site teams regarding design and drawing-related matters. • Assist in resolving design and construction-related issues at project sites. • Incorporate revisions based on management, consultant, client, and site requirements. • Maintain proper records of approved drawings, revised drawings, shop drawings, and other project documents. • Ensure that architectural designs comply with applicable building codes, planning requirements, safety standards, and development regulations. • Assist in preparing drawings and documents required for RAJUK, CDA, or other relevant authority approvals, where applicable. • Participate in design review meetings and provide necessary technical support. • Conduct basic research on new architectural materials, construction techniques, finishes, and design trends. • Perform any other architecture and design-related duties assigned by management.
