Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Hands-on experience in lead generation
- Good command of LinkedIn
- Strong research and data entry skills
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently
- Experience working in the Google environment (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 200 qualified leads per day
- Conduct online research through LinkedIn to identify potential prospects
- Collect and verify information
- Maintain and update the dataset accurately
- Organize, categorize, and clean lead data
Compensation (Performance-Based):
- Salary will be based on daily performance
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Lead accuracy and verification rate
Performance Metrics:
- Daily target achievement (200 leads)
- Consistency in reporting
