Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer (Remote | Full-Time)

Work From Home | U.S. Market Focus | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (BD Time)

Ray Advertising is a U.S.-based performance marketing company working with high-growth brands in insurance, finance, home services, and e-commerce. We are expanding our Bangladesh team and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who understands that design is not just visual, it drives conversions and revenue.

If you are fast, disciplined, detail-oriented, and performance-focused, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design high-converting ad creatives (Facebook, Google, Display)

• Create visuals for landing pages, websites & marketing funnels

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets

• Collaborate with media buyers & marketing teams to optimize performance

• Improve designs based on CTR & conversion insights

• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Experience working in the international market, particularly with the U.S.-based clients, will be highly preferred

• Strong marketing-focused portfolio

• Experience designing ads & digital campaign creatives

• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign

• Strong understanding of typography, layout & visual hierarchy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with U.S. brands

• Agency or performance marketing background

• Basic understanding of UI/UX or CRO

• Experience working with media buying teams

Salary & Benefits:

• BDT 30,000 – 60,000/month (based on experience & portfolio)
