Job Description
We are a UK-based short-term rental company looking for a Revenue Manager who can analyse market data, adjust pricing strategically, and communicate clearly with clients.
This role is focused on pricing decisions, performance improvement, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research competitor prices in the local area
- Monitor how similar properties are priced on a nightly, weekly, and monthly basis
- Adjust our pricing to remain competitive while maximising revenue
- Track demand changes (events, seasonality, local trends)
- Review occupancy patterns and identify pricing opportunities
- Prepare short daily updates explaining what changes were made and why
- Join weekly online meetings with clients to explain pricing strategy and results
You will regularly monitor:
- Whether our nightly rates are competitive
- Whether weekly discounts are positioned correctly
- Whether monthly pricing is attractive for longer stays
- Whether market changes require immediate pricing adjustments
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week
- 10 hours per day
- Total: 60 hours per week (Full-Time Role)
This is a high-responsibility position requiring consistency and ownership.
