Job Description
Location: Remote
(Office meetings may be required in Mirpur; servers are in Dhanmondi. Occasional visits for meetings or hardware collection. Transport costs will be covered.)

Role
Handle lead follow-ups and personalized outreach using clear, professional English. Leads will be provided.
High performers will be promoted to Business Development Executive with a salary increase.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on assigned leads
- Write customized outreach messages in English
- Track conversations and responses accurately
Requirements
- Strong written and reading English
- Ability to follow instructions and track communications
- Outreach or communication experience is a plus
- Educational qualification must be clearly mentioned in the CV
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with demonstrated business activity is prioritized
Internship & Growth
- Months 1–2: Full-time paid internship — BDT 10,000 (standard leaves)
- Post Month 2: 2 interns will be converted to full-time roles based on performance
- Executive salary: BDT 25,000–30,000 + objective-based bonuses/incentives
- Salary reviews every 6 months
- Annual bonus and leaves discussed upon executive transition
Work Schedule
- Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Weekend: Friday & Saturday
