Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review team members’ regular task updates and progress.
- Manage day-to-day activities and follow up on tasks submitted by team members to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and provide support in resolving operational issues or challenges.
- Assist with additional HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates while maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.
- Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and scheduling.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.
- Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent development.
- Support initiatives that align with Eximpcore Trading’s international business operations and organizational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
- Interest in or understanding of global trade, import-export operations, or international business is an advantage.
