Job Description

👩 Position: Customer Service Executive (Full-time)

🌍 Work Mode: Remote (US Time Zone)

🎯 Vacancy: 01 (Female candidates only)

 

💼 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with U.S. clients via calls and emails

• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and professionally

• Work collaboratively using Google Workspace

• Maintain high standards of customer experience

 

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• English medium educational background

• Prior call center experience handling U.S. customers (live calls)

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Strong communication and problem-solving ability

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

⏰ ROTATIONAL WORKING HOURS (6 DAYS PER WEEK)

Saturday & Sunday

4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Monday

4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday to Friday

4:00 AM – 1:00 PM

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

 

⚠️ Shift timings will adjust with U.S. daylight saving changes.

💰 Compensation & benefits

• 1 weekly day off

• 1 Eid holiday per Eid

• Overtime pay for required extra shifts during U.S. holidays

📌 EMPLOYMENT TERMS & EXPECTATIONS

• Training & probation: 3–6 months

• Training period unpaid if starting now

• Training roster followed by fixed permanent roster if selected from March 1

• Salary counted from permanent roster start date (attendance-based)

• Must join shifts on time and attend weekly 30-minute USA team meeting

• No casual leave — absences result in salary deduction (inform at least 1 week prior if possible)

• Urgent off-shift communication must be answered within 5–10 minutes

• 45-day notice required for resignation

• Must have stable internet (backup preferred), reliable electricity, quiet workspace, and laptop/PC

• Compliance with work standards is mandatory
