Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated Appointment Setter to contact hotel and property owners in the USA and book meetings for our back-office operations team. This fully remote role requires strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to hotel/property owners in the USA
Present our back-office services clearly and professionally
Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
Schedule appointments for the sales/management team
Track calls and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve weekly/monthly targets
Requirements
Fluent, professional spoken English
Experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred)
Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic CRM knowledge (preferred)
Working Hours : 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (BDT) – aligned with USA business hours.
