Job Description

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Handle Calls: Receive and make incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers
  • Order Confirmation: Must call customers to confirm and verify their orders
  • Punctuality: Complete all tasks on time and maintain discipline in work hours
  • Outgoing Calls: Must handle and respond to outgoing calls properly
  • Messaging Support: Reply to customer messages on the Facebook page (Messenger)
  • Comment & Post Replies: Respond to comments and posts on the page actively
  • Active Availability: Must remain active during duty hours to ensure instant customer support
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Order Assistance: Guide customers through order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, promotions, and company policies
  • CRM Updates: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center
  • Strong problem-solving and computer skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software
