Job Description

- Handle Calls: Receive and make incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers
- Order Confirmation: Must call customers to confirm and verify their orders
- Punctuality: Complete all tasks on time and maintain discipline in work hours
- Outgoing Calls: Must handle and respond to outgoing calls properly
- Messaging Support: Reply to customer messages on the Facebook page (Messenger)
- Comment & Post Replies: Respond to comments and posts on the page actively
- Active Availability: Must remain active during duty hours to ensure instant customer support
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
- Order Assistance: Guide customers through order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, promotions, and company policies
- CRM Updates: Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Team Collaboration: Work with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing
- KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center
- Strong problem-solving and computer skills
