Your mission
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team.
You will be reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead and will be in charge of the following:
– Screening CVs to find the most fitting talents;
–Â Conducting screening calls and interviews;
– Taking introductory calls with Hiring Managers to get role requirements;
– Drafting job descriptions and setting up recruitment automations.
Requirements
– Full professional proficiency in English;
– Attention to the details and ability to keep high-quality standards;
– Flexibility and willingness to learn how to work in a structured environment;
– Being unafraid to ask for help and support when needed;
– Being Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Added values
– Previous experience in a similar role;
– Previous experience working with ATSs;
–Â Full professional proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French;
– Interest in the Tech environment;
Location
