Job Description
About the Role:
We are expanding and looking for experienced and passionate Finance Associates to support our UK clients. This role offers exposure to international finance operations, direct interaction with CxO-level professionals, and excellent career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cloud accounting platforms (Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, or similar)
- Bookkeeping and general ledger processing
- Bank file uploads and weekly reconciliations
- Invoice posting and supplier reconciliations
- Accounts receivable review and customer account analysis
- Month-end review (trial balance, accruals, prepayments)
- Management reporting and board pack assistance
- Financial reporting and data analysis
- Participation in regular and ad hoc client meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (including at least 2 years with overseas clients)
- ACCA (part-qualified will be given preference) or MBA/BBA in Accounting & Finance
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Tech-savvy, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented
