<ul>
<li><strong>Monitor and review team members’ regular task updates and progress.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Manage day-to-day activities and follow up on tasks submitted by team members to ensure timely completion.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Facilitate effective communication within the team and provide support in resolving operational issues or challenges.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with additional HR and administrative tasks as required.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates while maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Assist with HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and scheduling.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Contribute to HR projects related to employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent development.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Support initiatives that align with Eximpcore Trading’s international business operations and organizational goals.</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Interest in or understanding of global trade, import-export operations, or international business is an advantage.</strong></li>
</ul>
